At Cali Russian Blue Kittens, we never cage our cats or kittens. In fact, we don’t own a cage—our only exception is temporary use for safe shipping. Instead, our extra bedrooms serve as nurseries where kittens grow up with freedom to explore, play, and bond with our family. Our adult cats live as family members, sleeping with us each night and enjoying full access to the home. They are never isolated or used purely for breeding; they are cherished and treated with love and respect.

We prioritize the health and survival of every kitten and cat. With over 20 years of experience breeding Russian Blues, we reject the idea that only “perfect” kittens are worthy of care. Each queen has a maximum of five litters over two years, which allows us to dedicate the proper care and attention to each kitten, resulting in well-rounded, affectionate companions.

Our cattery was created in honor of Bruno, our cherished Russian Blue who brought 16 wonderful years of joy to our family. Bruno’s playful, loving, and intelligent nature inspired us to continue his legacy. With careful planning, research, and dedication, we established our cattery to promote healthy, hypoallergenic Russian Blue kittens with amazing personalities just like Bruno.
